【見工英語】面試常用英文問題點答好？

香港作為國際金融中心，英文面試幾乎係必經關卡。好多求職者專業能力強，但就輸在英文表達上。我哋整理咗最常見的10個英文面試問題同標準答案範本，幫你輕鬆過關！

自我介紹開場白要精煉有力："I'm a [position] with [X] years of experience in [industry], specializing in [skill]. At my previous role in [company], I successfully [key achievement]." 記得要與應聘職位要求匹配，控制在90秒內。

離職原因要用正面表述："After [X] years at my current role, I've achieved [key accomplishment] and now seek new challenges that align with my career goals. This position particularly interests me because [specific reason]."

期望薪金要做好功課："Based on my qualifications and the market rate for similar positions, I'm seeking a package in the range of HKD [range]. However, I'm flexible and would consider the overall compensation package including benefits and growth opportunities."

被問到弱點時要誠實但積極："I used to struggle with [weakness], but I've been working on it by [improvement action]. For example, I now use [tool/method] to ensure I [positive outcome]."

其他常見問題包括：

• "Why do you want to work here?"
  要展示對公司的了解："I admire your company's work in [specific area] and believe my skills in [your skill] could contribute to [specific project/goal]."

• "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?"
  要表現野心但實際："I hope to grow into a [position] role, developing expertise in [area] while contributing to the company's success."

聽唔明問題時千萬不要亂猜，可以說："Could you please rephrase the question? I want to make sure I understand correctly." 或者 "Would you mind repeating that?"

最後記得準備3-5個有深度的問題問面試官，例如："What are the biggest challenges the team is facing right now?" 或 "How does the company support professional development?"
