崗位職責：

• 項目執行：負責執行媒體公關項目，包括項目計劃制定、進度跟進及結果反饋，並與客戶及時保持溝通；
• 公關策略：深入瞭解並分析客戶公關需求，協助提供定製化公關解決方案及建議
• 媒體關係：負責香港及內地各類媒體建立並維護良好合作關係，包括但不限於負責新聞稿撰寫及發佈、邀約媒體採訪、籌備及執行新聞發佈會、媒體圓桌等公關活動；
• 輿情監測：負責持續監測和分析公司及相關行業的輿情動態，編制輿情日報、月報等報告，爲客戶提供輿情分析和建議，如遇輿情危機，即時應對處理
• 其他：與團隊高效密切合作，確保項目順利進行並達致預期效果

職位要求：

1、本科及以上學歷，新聞傳播、公關相關領域優先；

2、3-5年媒體、公關相關經驗，熟悉香港媒介生態，瞭解中資企業公關風格

3、文字綜合能力過硬，能夠準確、高效撰寫各類稿件，包括但不限於新聞稿、致辭稿、彙報材料及其他公關文案； 

4、熟練使用輿情監測工具，新聞意識敏銳，具備危機公關經驗

4、具備出色的表達溝通與協調能力，能夠流利使用普通話、廣東話、英語溝通 

5、細心、靠譜，具備強烈的責任心和團隊合作精神，能夠適應快節奏的工作環境

6、資歷或經驗較少者，將考慮爲高級公關專員

About the job

Real Media International is a premier HK4As marketing agency with a robust presence

in the competitive landscape of digital media, advertising production, news

communication, and event planning. Headquartered in Sheung Wan, we also boast

vibrant offices in Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Beijing. Over the years, we've built a diverse

client portfolio that spans various industries - from technology and finance to

government, telecommunications, education, beauty, catering, etc. Our prestigious

clients include industry leaders like HUAWEI, Bank of China, and China Mobile.

The role

We are seeking two dynamic interns to join our rapidly expanding digital marketing

division. This role involves hands-on learning and contributing to social media

management across platforms like WeChat, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Xiaohongshu,

Instagram, and Douyin, as well as Google Ads, KOL Seeding, and more. Interns will thrive

in our youthful, flat, and vibrant team environment, engaging in creative ideation and

brainstorming sessions.

Responsibilities

l Daily management of various social media accounts: drafting posts, scheduling,

conducting hashtag research, designing thumbnails/posters, and managing

interactions.

l Copywriting for social media channels and other media formats.

l Creating simple graphic designs and sourcing diverse design references.

l Analyzing performance data to provide insights for campaign optimization to meet

client and business marketing objectives.

l Maintaining relationships with KOLs and assisting with related projects.

l Supporting the digital marketing team with industrial marketing proposals.

l Preparing quotations based on client needs.

l Handling assorted digital marketing tasks to ensure timely delivery of digital

campaigns.

l Reporting to the supervisor, working closely with the digital marketing team, and

managing ad hoc marketing duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

l Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, media or related discipline

l Fluency in Cantonese is highly preferred

l Experience in digital marketing or media agency industry is a plus

l Proficiency in creative writing in Chinese and English

l Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva is a plus

l Hunger for learning about digital marketing in social media platforms

l Strong sense of responsibility, well organized with exceptional problem

solving skills with a can-do attitude

l Be a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
