Here is what you need to know about this role:

Support the fabric R&D and sourcing in Asia region.

Closely work with fabric suppliers to monitor the progress of fabric development and sample yardage.

Manage seasonal report of fabric sales order and development adoption.

Maintain fabric library updating with detail specification and classification.

Prepare seasonal fabric trend report and mill week presentation materials from inspiration to important market insights.

Monitor the fabric lab-test results and able to provide comments for troubleshoot and risk assessment.

Bachelor degree in Textile and Clothing/ Design/ Textile Processing.

A minimum of 6 years experiences in woven/denim fabric development and sourcing. Experiences of working with overseas suppliers and brand customers will be an advantage.

Passion in textile R&D especially denim and indigo dyed items. Able to explore innovation and provide creative idea.

Good presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Experiences with overseas vendors, designers and textile technicians.

Strong technical knowledge in woven fabric production process from fiber, spinning, weaving to dyeing and finishing.

Proactive, independent and good sense of urgency.

This is a 1-year contract role. The primary responsibility is to provide fashion graphic designs for our key customers to achieve both business and customers’ goals. Strong passion in High Fashion industry and translating creative vision into compelling design solutions are the essentials for the success of the role.

- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Review print designs from customers for use in textiles; ability to create original graphic designs is preferred
- Develop print placement designs and layout of mini markers for High Fashion garments
