As an Associate/Senior Associate/Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• Assisting managers / senior managers in leading a team of professionals in carrying out audit fieldwork and assurance assignments

• Working closely with clients and team members in order to provide quality assurance services

• Providing coaching to junior team members

• Assume overall control of MNC audit assignments

• Provides high-quality services by effectively understanding the influence of regulation and risk management on business processes and controls.

• Manage both internal and external stakeholders

   

Requirement

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline, preferably in Accounting or a related field

• Certification in HKICPA is desirable; other CPA certifications are also preferred

• 2-5 years of auditing experience in CPA firms, preferably in Big 4 firms

• Develops an intermediate understanding and skill level in audit analytics and visualizations, applying these to assess risks and enhance the quality of risk assessment and substantive testing

• Demonstrates maturity, strong initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a team

• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua/Cantonese), including technical and business writing, documentation, and presentation skills

• Proficient in computer applications

• Willingness to travel
