Fixed Income Trading Assistant / Junior Trader

- Handle daily bookkeeping of trades and related transactions to maintain accurate records and ensure consistency;
- Reconcile positions and cash flows with the middle office and back office;
- Maintain a sound knowledge of bond markets to assist in trading decisions and strategies;
- Support the trading team in executing orders and managing client requests;
- Assist in preparing reports on trade performance and market trends; and
- Communicate effectively with sales teams and clients to provide timely updates and support.

Associate, Trade Support

Primary Objectives:
Trade Support 's mission is to ensure all new trades and life cycle events are correctly reflected in the relevant risk management systems. As the first link in the Operations chain, Trade Support is also the first level of control for the business:
l for Front Office/Risk to have a clear and accurate view of positions and risks,
l for Back Office to ensure smooth settlement for all trades,
l for Product Control to do valuation and P&L reporting in due time.
Responsibilities:
l Verify trade booking and ensure that trades are properly booked to Risk Management Systems, provide justifications for any late bookings and amendments,
l Monitoring, processing and booking of corporate action events for equity and FICC products,
l Monitoring and booking of life cycle events in systems for BO to handle accurate settlements, including KO, maturity, fixing, early terminations, etc,
l Streamline the different workflow through automation and process review,
l Position reconciliation with different counterparties,
l Products Covered: Total Return Swaps, P notes, Interest Rate Swaps, Cross Currencies Swaps, Cash Equity, Bonds, Repo/Reverse Repo, CDS, Futures, Vanilla Options, Accumulator, Range Accrual, etc.

Qualifications:
l Previous exposure to Equity Derivative products and/or Fixed Income products is essential,
l Basic knowledge on Corporate Action and life cycle events (type of events, impact),
l Ability to work under pressure in trading environment,
l Strong and sharp analytical and problem-solving skills,
l Excellent communication skills; required to work with various internal partners (Traders, Risks, Other Middle Offices, Product Control teams, Back Offices, IT),
l Fluent in written and spoken English, any other languages would be a plus,
l Knowledge of programming is an advantage,

Analyst - Trading Business Management
Work closely with various internal functions and external parties to support Trading business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accounts and KYC with trading counterparties
• Coordinate and support negotiation of master trade docs with clients and counterparties

Analyst, Equity Capital Market
Work primarily on ECM execution;
Assist in assessing business opportunities with respect to ECM transactions;
Run financial analysis as well as prepare proposals;
Assist in gathering, evaluating and analyzing market data;
Provide market updates to clients and handling clients enquiries;
Arrange and coordinate investor presentation and roadshow events; and
Coordinate with PR for production of presentation and roadshow material.
Job requirements
Degree Holder preferably in Finance/ Economics/ Business or related discipline;
Minimum 1 years relevant ECM experience, preferably from well reputable Securities Firms;
Ability to complete projects with limited support from senior;
Strong financial background;
Self-motivated, possessing initiative and ability to work independently;
Strong sense of responsibility and team work;
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must.
