Responsibilities:

• Perform financial and regulatory reporting functions, e.g. preparation of banking returns and financial reports, and monitoring of financial compliance ratios
• Exercise effective control on the operations, structure and workflow of financial data and information and their subsequent retrieval
• Perform financial analysis to evaluate business performance
• Assist in the enhancement of financial controls and reporting process
• Liaise with external auditors on annual audit matters
• Formulate changes in accounting policies and practices or the adoption of new accounting policies and the monitoring of their subsequent implementations
• Handle other issues related to financial arrangements, accountings, tax, measurements and presentations and reporting of financial information
• Take up ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy, Business Administration or related disciplines, with accounting professional qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting/Finance, preferably in banking or accounting industry
• Exposure to regulatory reporting area would be an advantage
• Self-motivated and independent with good planning, analytical and people skills
• Excellent in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

(Candidates with less experience may be considered as a junior position, and fresh graduates are also welcomed)
