Job Summary
- Responsible for daily accounting operations, including data entry, billing and filing
- Assist in regular month-end closing activities
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- Verify hotel revenue by conducting audit duties
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Ensure adherence to relevant company policies and procedures
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Management
Requirement
- Higher diploma or above in Accounting with LCCI Certificates
- Minimum 1 year experience in accounting or audit field (fresh graduates will also be considered)
- Proficient in PC skills including Excel and Word
- Knowledge of SunSystems is an advantage but not essential
- Strong in numerical sense , self-motivated, responsible and reliable
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidates with more experiences will be considered for the Accounting Supervisor position

- Preparation of the hotel's Food & Beverage revenue plan and marketing programs
- Generate business for event space and restaurants with target profit margin
Requirement
- Degree holder or equivalent professional hotel / Food & Beverage training
- At least 3 years relevant Food & Beverage management experience in hotels or free standing restaurant chains with similar Food & Beverage facilities and capacities
- Strong leadership and a smart decision maker
- Solid menu related knowledge
- Prior banquet/meeting service as well as bar operations experience will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Good proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
