Accounting Supervisor/Accounts Clerk

Job Summary

  • Responsible for daily accounting operations, including data entry, billing and filing
  • Assist in regular month-end closing activities
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
  • Verify hotel revenue by conducting audit duties
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers
  • Ensure adherence to relevant company policies and procedures
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Management

Requirement

  • Higher diploma or above in Accounting with LCCI Certificates
  • Minimum 1 year experience in accounting or audit field (fresh graduates will also be considered)
  • Proficient in PC skills including Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of SunSystems is an advantage but not essential
  • Strong in numerical sense , self-motivated, responsible and reliable
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with more experiences will be considered for the Accounting Supervisor position

Job Summary

  • Manages the day-to-day operations of all Food and Beverage sections
  • Developing and maintaining up-dated operations manuals for all Food and Beverage sections
  • Setting Food and Beverage goals and developing strategies, procedures and policies
  • Preparation of the hotel's Food & Beverage revenue plan and marketing programs
  • Generate business for event space and restaurants with target profit margin

Requirement

  • Degree holder or equivalent professional hotel / Food & Beverage training
  • At least 3 years relevant Food & Beverage management experience in hotels or free standing restaurant chains with similar Food & Beverage facilities and capacities
  • Strong leadership and a smart decision maker
  • Solid menu related knowledge
  • Prior banquet/meeting service as well as bar operations experience will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Good proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
