職位描述

1、參與企業級客戶AI智算大模型項目的技術落地與實施，爲客戶提供從方案評估、實施、演示到部署的全流程服務；
2、結合業務場景，洞察客戶需求，設計整體解決方案，助力客戶提升AI模型訓練和推理效率，特別是在大模型知識問答、自動化BI、內容文摘生成、多模態等領域的算法實踐；
3、與算法、售前架構師和產品團隊合作，進行研發、驗證及部署工作，確保算法解決方案按時且高質量交付；
4、結合項目沉澱大模型交付服務方案的最佳實踐，利用開源工具或開發大模型交付工具推進方案的實際應用。

職位要求

1、客戶服務意識強，具備良好的溝通理解和人際交往能力；
2、熟悉一種或多種編程語言優先，例如Java/Go/Python；
3、熟悉雲服務/混合雲相關技術（k8s/Docker等）；
4、有大模型相關研究或應用經驗，特別是知識加工、語料生成、Prompt工程優化、LLM模型微調、模型效果評測等領域；
5、抗壓能力強，有責任心，有良好的團隊合作意識。

3.能夠根據雲計算或AI業務特點和硬件特性，進行計算、網絡或存儲相關軟硬件結合設計，業務性能優化。

職位要求

1.熟練掌握C/C++/Python/JAVA等編程技能，有紮實的編程基礎、良好的編程風格和工作習慣；

2.熟悉Linux體系架構及實現原理，包括內存管理、進程管理、I/O系統、網絡系統等，有Linux kernel及用戶態驅動開發經驗；

-Work closely with BD team together, to prepare presentation materials, demonstration and even working proof-of-concept to our clients and partners

-Will be meeting our clients together with our Business Development Manager/Channel Partners, to present/demonstrate the solutions that you designed

-Participate in different marketing event, such as Cloud Conference, Partner events in Hong Kong and promoting Alibaba Cloud

-Responsible for some documentations and materials enhancement/preparation

Qualification：

-At least 5 years job working experiences

-Knowledge for internet industries is important, e.g. Anti-DDoS, WAF, Network acceleration (For Internet SA)

-Background/Relationship for Web3 industries, solutions and technologies is required (For Web3 SA)

-A background in IT, computer science and/or cloud computing with a good understanding of networking, servers, storage systems, enterprise applications and the cloud.

-Knowledge and understanding of cloud architecture design and familiar with architecture methodology and practice in internet-based applications/websites.

-Experience with Java/PHP/Python/Scala/Go/C++ development is preferable

-Able to work under high pressure, a quick learner with a passion for cloud technology. Able to think strategically about businesses, products and technical challenges.

-Good communication skills, a good team player and has positive attitude to work

-Candidates with any Cloud provider certificate will be a big advantage

-Native Putonghua is required, Cantonese and English will be big advantage

-SI/ISV related cooperation or work experience is preferred

1. Responsible for exploring cutting-edge technologies (such as energy, power, HVAC, monitoring, etc.) in Alibaba Cloud's IDC data center infrastructure, conducting research and development, implementation, and scaling;
