Who are we looking for?
You should be a well-motivated and creative Graduate who is keen to be involved in challenging and innovative projects in the region. You should have, amongst other:
• Degree in Architecture
• Strong design flair with process and analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of relevant CADD software applications such as AutoCAD, Microstation or Revit and 3D visualisation software such as Rhino, and Sketchup, Photoshop etc.
• Should be keen, willing to learn and possessing good communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related discipline
• Corporate membership of relevant professional institution(s)
• At least 2 years of post chartered experience for the position of Senior Engineer; at least 1 year of post chartered experience for the position of Project Engineer; at least 3 years of post graduation experience for the position of Engineer
• Experience in large scale development and long span steel roof / concrete structural design
• Relevant building design and project administration experience in Hong Kong or overseas
• Be adaptable and able to work independently coupled with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline

• Fresh chartered for the position of Engineer and at least 1 year of post chartered experience for the position of Project Engineer and more than 2 years post chartered experience for the position of Senior Engineer
• Good experience and skills in project management and civil engineering designs of infrastructure projects and familiar with local procedures of HKSAR Government in the implementation of infrastructure projects
• Proficient in the design of one or all of the following civil engineering design aspects including highways, utilities, drainage & sewerage, watermains, site formation and civil structures
• Be dynamic, proactive and able to work independently
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Familiar with AutoCAD or MicroStation and BIM applications will be an advantage

Responsibilities:
- Support and execute the regional strategic roadmap in alignment with global strategy and goals.
- Work with the East Asia Region People team to drive engagement through recruitment, retention, talent management, leadership, career development, employee engagement, equity, and inclusion.
- Work with key stakeholders to support the delivery of the regional EDI strategic roadmap and global strategy.
- Suggest new ideas of equity in systems, policies and practices, serving as a champion, advisor, advocate, and catalyst for change.
- Integrate EDI into business programs and activities, working with stakeholders to execute and identify key measures and metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs and communicate progress towards regional and global goals.
- Act as subject matter expert to regional teams and promote inclusion business necessity and differentiator; provide suggestion on strategy and workforce planning.
- Support the design of strategic people development plan with a focus on delivering leadership development, succession planning and wellness program to meet exciting growth strategy.
- Represent East Asia Region to contribute to Arup’s global learning and wellness strategies, initiatives and programs.
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree of Human Resources or related disciplines from a recognized University.
- Minimum 10 years of solid track record in delivering effective practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, as well as leadership training, succession planning and wellness program, preferably from sizable conglomerates.
- Comfortable with data and able to analyse and communicate data clearly and with insight.
- Experienced in executing EDI, culture, and change management – comfortable moving from strategy to delivery.
- Confident to interact with people of different grades, culture and background.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communications and presentation skills; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a must.
