Provide operation support in Data Centre

Assist in the monitoring of computer operation

Monitor the hardware & software performance

Responsibilities:

Provide operation support in Data Centre, including batch processing, system monitoring, report distribution, data restoration and backup

Assist in the monitoring of computer operation, logging and other activities

Distribute output to the users and perform report distribution

Monitor the hardware and software performance

Carry out 24 hours on-site service in both production and backup site

Requirements:

Diploma or Higher Diploma in Computing Studies or related disciplines

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Shift duty required with shift allowance
