Job description
Responsibilities
- 1.Analyze investment opportunities by conducting industry research, company research, financial modeling, and valuation analysis；
2.Compose and present investment memo/thesis to Tencent Investment Committee；
3.Lead cross-functional teams, including internal legal, finance, and business group teams, and external advisors to execute deals towards closing, including due diligence, term negotiation, and internal investment process；
4.Manage existing portfolio companies from post-deal perspective, including tracking financial and operation performance, conducting regular post-deal meetings with management, attending and supporting board meetings, processing documentation and internal approval processes, and proposing ideas to optimize value creation。
Requirements
- 1.Well-trained financial analytical skills with rich experience in financial modeling and valuation analysis. CFA preferred；
2.Over 2 years of work experience in buy-side or investment banking；
3.Bilingual proficiency in both English and Chinese, Japanese is a bonus；
4.Strong communication and negotiation skills；
5.High level of self-drive, curiosity, teamwork and integrity；
6.Master's degree or above in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred。
