AI Delivery Lead (Corporate Banking Digital Transformation) at undefined

Responsibilities:

Develop technology strategy and roadmap for Financial Markets business by providing robust technology solutions that will efficiently drive higher productivity, maximize efficiency, and reduce costs
Lead and implement the vision and strategy by adopting new technology and delivery model with Agile, and DevOps to identify working opportunities on innovation
Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance plans, crticail path, including the management and creation of test cases, test scripts, and quality control measures
Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, to gather and translate requirements into actionable deliverables
Collaborate with the development and QA teams to ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and quality guidelines
Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, working closely with the project management team to plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to management as needed
Provide regular progress updates, sharing of best practices and lessons learned to stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in project delivery and quality assurance discipline
Proficiency in quality assurance techniques, including testing, bug tracking, and root cause analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams
Good understanding of Generative AI, such as prompt engineering, RAG, fine tuning
Fair understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
Experience in working with project management and quality assurance tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Katalon,Selenium, TestComplete)
