Key Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the development and execution of a strategic transformation programme to enhance the agility of regulatory and supervisory functions across Banking Departments of the HKMA
  • Foster transformational culture and capabilities within Banking Departments of the HKMA
  • Drive the integration of data and technologies to ensure the core regulatory and supervisory functions of the HKMA remain future-proof
  • Manage relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders (including HKMA senior management, users and representatives from Banking Departments, external consultants, etc.) to deliver the transformation programme

 

Requirements

 

  • University degree in banking, finance, risk management or related fields
  • At least five years of relevant experience in banking regulation / supervision, programme management and / or business transformation.  Knowledge of banking operations and banks’ risk management practices a definite advantage
  • Knowledge of supervisory technology, data analytics and artificial intelligence an advantage
  • Good analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
