工作職責
1.Provide support for real estate related M&A transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and/or negotiating relevant legal documents;
2.Structure, draft, review and/or negotiate other commercial agreements;
3.Provide legal advice and support to various functional stakeholders;
4.Correspond and coordinate with external legal counsel and other professional parties in relation to M&A projects or other legal matters;
5.Assist in the development of legal training materials, monitor and deliver internal legal training;
6.Review and provide legal input on internal policies, processes and procedures;
7.Assist with corporate secretarial matters and corporate house keeping and supervise junior legal staff in this regard;
8.Other ad-hoc legal related duties and assignments as requested.
