Position for Debt Financing Business Development and Execution(J17845)

1. Assist in identifying the financing needs of domestic and international clients, and developing overseas debt financing business, including but not limited to overseas bond issuance, cross-border financing, structured financing, private placement financing, and other related products.
2. Focus on origination and execution on convertible bond and exchangeable bond products.
3. Other duties assigned that comply with company compliance requirements.
