(Senior) Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Descriptions:

 

• Manage F&A operations and work on Group consolidation, financial analysis and planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Group, as a subject matter expert.
• As a Finance Business Partner in Business Units, analyse deeply into operational and financial data and metrics, identify business challenges, and provide insights and advanced solutions to develop financial strategies.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders on Group finance projects and initiatives, and develop management presentations and reports with insightful analysis and business solutions action items which bring group-wide impacts.

 

Requirements:

 

• Qualified accountant with 6 years or above of relevant experience in Corporate FP&A and business partnering, preferably in property-related sector.
• Solid FP&A knowledge and high business intelligence in commercial context.

• Excellent communication & presentation skills to influence and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in system implementation and transformation project will be a plus.
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion & Tableau dashboard is preferred.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Manager role.
