Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in people management.
- Experience in working with engineers and customer technical leads to build business cases and accompanying plans for implementation.
- Experience leading and scaling teams in a SaaS environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience promoting the AI technology stack.
- Experience in leadership, growing, and scaling business organizations.
- Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
- Experience working with product teams and an understanding of how to embed our technology into their product set.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud and Google Cloud AI offerings.
- Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders as a business advisor and thought leader in AI.
Responsibilities
- Develop, advance, and close business pipelines, AI bookings, and growth.
- Own executive relationships with key customers. Manage teams that are focused on C-level engagements coupled with scale and growth opportunities.
- Support your team to build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the AI Subject Matter Expert, and influence long-term strategic direction for new and existing customers, as well as the Google Cloud Field Sales Representative (FSR) and Customer Engineer (CE) teams.
- Support your team to assist customers in identifying AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions. Articulate key solution differentiators and the measurable business impact.
- Work with Google Account and technical teams to develop and drive pipelines, and provide expertise. Execute Go-To-Market business strategy and related efforts with the Google Cloud teams and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Partners.
