Deputy Landscape Project Manager (Soft Landscape Design)景觀項目副經理（軟景觀設計）

崗位職責

• Work independently on design and as a team in co-ordination with consultants and contractors
• Supervise soft landscape works and resolve technical issues on site and visit nurseries in PRC
• Able to vet and comment shop drawings from contractors
• Frequent meet with clients / consultants in decision-making role

任職要求

• Bachelor's degree holder in landscape/ horticulture or related discipline
• ISA Certified Arborist or equivalent would be an advantage
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience
• Good knowledge on trees and plants species and selection
• Post-qualification in project management and soft landscape design experience preferably gained in soft landscape contractor / landscape firms or developers
• Hands on experience in production of landscape drawings & site supervision.
• Responsible, well-organized and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent in written and spoken English
• Knowledge in CAD is necessary; knowledge in Photoshop, SketchUp, and Lumion would be an advantage
