1. 基於業務階段目標和重點項目，制定並迭代經營框架及指標體系，助力前線形成清晰做功目標與牽引力；

2. 負責各模塊的經營分析工作，通過週會、約會等會議機制及時反應當前經營現狀與做功機會點，從數據上建立團隊決策和推進系統；

3. 協助分析重要專項、策略的運營效果，協助迭代專項動作方向

1. 基本背景：本科及以上學歷，統計學、數學、商業分析相關專業優先；有面向銷售團隊的數據分析和策略輸出經驗優先

2. 數據能力：對數據敏感，並能熟悉掌握SQL，具備高階數據獲取與數據看板搭建能力

3. 分析能力：有較強的邏輯思維能力，善於總結和發現問題，並提出有針對性和可行性的方案

4. 工作主動性強，協同能力和計劃能力突出，對工作結果交付有高度責任心，對成長具有較強的自驅力
