Work you'll do
• 2-year contract, with attractive contract completion gratuity and comprehensive total reward offering covering medical insurance, professional designation support etc.
• Work as a team member to provide high-quality support and execution of projects for clients in the public sector.
• Provide administrative support to maintain, validate and update vendor/payee information.
• Process daily bank payment and receipt transactions and maintain records.
• Operate designated bank accounts, including the preparation of payment forecasts and monthly bank reconciliation statements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines and operational manuals.
• Support in any reporting requests from supervisors.
• Handle enquiries from external parties (e.g. vendors) and clients.
• Liaise with external parties on various events and programmes.
• Assist in dealing with internal and external auditors.

We are looking for someone with
• Higher diploma or above in related disciplines, e.g., business, communications, social sciences, or any other disciplines.
• Basic knowledge in accounting is preferred, but not a must.
• 2 – 5 years of experience in handling accounting, administration or programme operations.
• Prior experience in a public sector organization (e.g. non-governmental organizations) or a professional service firm is an advantage.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Cantonese is a must. Good-spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
• Reliable and independent team player who has an excellent working attitude with high working efficiency.
• Be organized, proactive, self-motivating and detail-conscious with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Have hands-on experience in Microsoft Office applications and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook. Proficiency in Excel is an advantage.
• Be able to handle sensitive and confidential matters in a professional manner.
• No outbound travelling is required. Flexible working arrangements are negotiable.
