Facility Manager

1.Responsible for overseeing maintenance, operation and refurbishment of large scale logistic properties

2.Manage contractor for the engineering issues/ works

3.Develop technical specifications for tendering maintenance, improvement and refurbishment works with contracts administration monitoring and supervising site works

4.Vet tenant fit-out submission in the light of commercial and quality control with coordination of tenants to facilitate their fit-out works under technically and commercially sound manner and leasing and design team

5.Provide technical support to other departments with respect to building services/. building maintenance including tenant fitting out, reinstatement, minor alteration and modification works and advising technical comments

6.Plan, organize, direct and control of multi-disciplinary technical activities in a safe reliable, cost effective and quality driven manner for managing and operating large scale commercial properties with development a formulation of technical strategies and procedures for efficient and effective management control

7.Deal with external consultants, government authorities, public utilities and tenants on technical and statutory matters

8.Ensure all technical setup, performance full compliance with the current local legislation

9.Prepare and account for the budget associated with the technical team

10.Manage and coordinate with Management Office related to technical issues

11.Any Adhoc Duties assigned by superior

1.Degree or above in Facilities Management and / or property Management or equivalent

2.Minimum 5 years of Property /Facilities Management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in manager grade of Facilities Management Operations in in logistic properties

3.Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands

4.Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives and saving mindset highly desirable

5.Good knowledge of Hong Kong Building / Property Management regulations and Ordinances

6.Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

7.Have good exposure to operational activities and managerial roles

8.Able to work independently as well as in a team. Resourceful and have self-initiative

9.Multi-tasking ability with good attention to details and deadlines

10.Have a good knowledge and experience in legal controls and preventive maintenance in Industrial environment Very good knowledge and understanding of logistic center operation
