Responsibilities:
• Respond to Client’s enquiries on licensing possibilities, quotation and related terms & conditions
• Manage confirmed agreements; upkeep a marketable price list and maintain commitments
• Coordinate with Legal Department for possible IP right's infringement cases when necessary
• Handle Product Sponsorship (PS) enquiries, proposal, implementation for PS transactions on TVB Chanels
• Monitor and record the PS exposures and generate reports in excel format
• Review and approve TVB copyrighted materials embedded inside PS Packages
• Prepare annual budget and monthly forecast
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
• DSE or above with minimum 2 years' relevant working experience
• Experience in accounting field is an advantage
• Basic knowledge in TV production, new media and related fields preferable
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsible, well-organized, attentive to details and willing to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available will be an advantage
