Assistant Finance Manager (Artiste Payroll)

Responsibilities
• Monitor month-end closing matters related to freelance/artiste payroll and revenue recognition
• Supervise and ensure the payroll processing, payment, account entries, MPF and tax reporting are performed in a timely, accurate and confidential manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow on payroll process
• Compile regular reports and analysis to support management review
• Oversee the implementation of new payroll system
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements
• Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or above in Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 6-7 years’ experience in Accounting
• Independent, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Knowledge in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, accounting and other related regulations is an advantage
