

Responsibilities:
The appointee will provide administrative and logistical support on program administration and student affairs including course administration, student advising and counseling, student-faculty meetings, co- curricular activities and internship opportunities, etc.
They will also provide academic advisory service for students, e.g. on study path, career plan, exchange, academic problems, etc.
The appointee will also render administrative and logistical support to the department's daily operation as well as departmental seminars/workshops, academic conferences and other events and functions, and perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
Applicants should possess a recognised bachelor’s degree, preferably with 1-2 years of relevant administrative experiences.
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
Prior work experience in tertiary institutions or relevant commercial organizations, and/or in program administration and student activities would be an advantage.
The appointee should be highly proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
They should be detail-oriented, self-motivated with excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, multi-tasking skills and good knowledge of IT and software applications.
They should be able to work independently and as a team, with high flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility.
Candidates with lower qualifications and/or less experience will be considered for appointment as Assistant Officer.
