

Job Description
Ensure corporate and CSG HSE policies and procedures are well-followed Lead the development and maintenance of the HSE Management System (ISO45001). Support the top management team in assigning HSE management responsibilities and authorities within the organization Support business leader on HSE risk and opportunity management Provide internal advice on HSE & Fire compliance as required Lead the identification, evaluation, and classification of HSE hazards/aspects, and work with the team to develop risk elimination and mitigation measures and conduct regular review activities Develop and maintain an appropriate approach to involving all employees in HSE matters. Lead the monitoring of the status of high-risk activities and the key function of the facility (fire system, MHS, etc.) to ensure the appropriate safety considerations are in place Designing and setting up HSE cooperation rules within types of contracts Lead the HSE communication with internal and external stakeholders Lead HSE incident management within the organization Lead HSE performance monitoring activities within the organization Monitoring and pushing contractors & other service providers to pursue better HSE performance Lead HSE awareness and continuous improvement activities Responsible for the budget application and control of the safety department
Position Requirement
Bachelor's Degree or higher diploma in Occupational Health & Safety / Engineering or any other related discipline of education is required Registered Safety Officer in the Labour Department is a MUST At least 8 years of experience in H&S. Experienced in ISO45001 establish Experienced in contractor safety management system design. Have basic knowledge of OHS management for the property management industry (e.g. the publications published by the HK Labour Department) In-depth knowledge of OSH legislation & standards Proficient in Mandarin, Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese Good leadership and communication skills
