工作描述
工作職責:

1. Target and explore new Customers and sizable business opportunities that fits company priority. 2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with Strategic customers and partners . 3. Closely collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of our strategy. 4. Explain our solution and perform demos to new clients or on public product introduction meetings. 5. Lead enterprise customer’s pilots with support of technique teams. 6. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. 7. Run the entire sales cycle and support the whole process with new clients. 8. Understand customer’s business needs and feedback on product improvement ideas. 9. Represent company in the respective market – participate in webinars and events to promote our presence. 10. Meet Quarterly and Annual marketing targets.

任職資格:

1. A master's degree or above in business or engineering. 2. At least 8 years of proven sales or marketing experience , SaaS background preferred. 3. Proven knowledge and experience in Supply Chain /Shipping / International Trade industry- Advantage. 4. A team player with very good social skills, and be able to effectively interact with multiple colleagues and business partners across the company. 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills with good business acumen. Can pitch to customers, and effectively upsell features, use cases and usage volumes. 6. Native level in spoken and written English – a must. 7. Multi-tasking and well organized 8. Creative thinker and problem solver who can find solutions to under-usage, pin point pains and obstacles and efficiently remove them to drive adoption. 9. Self-starter who is resourceful and creative in learning new domains . Fast learner with a range of technical systems. 10. Quick on your feet – Research, Analyze, Record, and respond to data, analysis, and customer issues with accurate and agile solutions. 11. Highest ability to onboard non-tech-savvy customers -Advantage
