Preference for candidates with experience leading fundraising for a USD fund, or experience introducing key strategic investors;
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines;
2-6 years relevant work experience in client service, financial services, or banking industries;
Outstanding relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills;
Understanding of private equity funds and other types of alternative investment funds is preferred;
Able to adapt to fast changing environment, organized and detailed-oriented. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in dealings with investors and team;
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin), Cantonese would be valuable.

Collaborate with teams (especially our PE team) and service providers to handle client’s requests, respond to, and satisfy customer needs in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain current distribution channels and existing investors for investment products managed by CMBIAM;
Manage all aspects of sales life cycle, coordinate client meetings, roadshows, initiate sales activities, prepare meeting materials, assist client onboarding, etc;
Identify business opportunities, collect market intelligence;
Provide support for regular administrative work of the department.
