Oversee the business strategy, aligning marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to team members, and ensuring the successful implementation of marketing plans.
Enhance the end-to-end customer experience, identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective marketing strategies and initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the IT and product management teams to enhance the Wet Market Express product, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of customers, and optimizing the overall customer experience
Bring creativity and innovation to marketing initiatives, exploring new approaches and channels to engage target audiences, differentiate the brand, and stay ahead of market trends.
Liaise effectively with different internal teams, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
Manage the team's key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking progress, and implementing strategies to drive performance and achieve marketing objectives.
Who is our Right Fit
Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
Preferably 5 years of working experience in ecommerce or related marketing roles.
Agency experience is preferred.
Ability to thrive and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated leadership skills and strategic thinking abilities.
Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation.
