MANAGER (GROUP PROCUREMENT)

職責
The successful candidate will support the Finance and Procurement transformations and analytics for Sino Group and our affiliated companies. You will lead the strategic sourcing, support the successful implementation of ERP and drive transformation in a challenging and complex business environment. Key responsibilities are detailed below:

 

1. Support the ERP project and transformation

• Strategy Development: Support Group General Manager and Senior Manager of Group Procurement to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the overall transformation goals.
  ERP System Design: Work closely with consultants to identify and analyze existing Source-to-Pay processes, systems, and policies across the Group and incorporate them into the ERP system development.

 

• Supplier and Item Management: Review and optimize supplier portal and master data management in collaboration with the Vendor Management Team and Business Units.
  Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
  Change Management: Facilitate change management efforts, including training and communication initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new process and systems.
  Performance Measurement: Develop and implement KPI to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of procurement activities and identify area for further improvement.

2. Build and lead the end-to-end procurement and contract management

• Source to Contract: Take ownership of end-to-end procurement and contract management services to support the operations of all business units with the Group. Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, manage invitations to tenders, negotiate contracts, select vendors, and oversee the contract award process.

 

• Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships, work closely with business units to address their procurement needs while ensuring compliance with established procedures.

 

任職要求

1. Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related disciplines.

2. IT knowledge or academic background is a plus.

3. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in sizeable organizations.

4. Solid experience in mastering or developing end to end ERP system is a definite advantage.

5. Keen awareness of both competitive activities and industry initiatives globally and able to incorporate best practices into appropriate strategies.

6. Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive informed decision-making.

7. Self-motivation, well-organized, efficient, and demonstrable influencing, and negotiation skill.

8. Service-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.

9. Excellent command of written English and Chinese.

10. Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
