Analyst, Account documentation clerical support, Private Banking
- Perform daily upload of account documents onto the document management system of the Division
- Ensure all documents are scanned correctly onto the Document Management System in a timely manner
- Perform daily filing of physical client documents into client packets and ensure all physical paper documents & document softcopies of client accounts are in good order
- Responsible for custody of original client documents, take initial to arrange time-to-time carton packing of documents from office to storage warehouse, ensure update & accurate document storage records in place
- Conduct UAT testing for changes/enhancement of the document management system of the Division
- Support & responsible for re-upload of inappropriate upload conducted by the outsourcing agent and re-upload of document due to re-classification of document narrative. etc
- Perform client static data system input as assigned from time-to-time by Team Head
- Support any other exercise/projects as assigned from time-to-time by Department Head
- At least 1 year clerical working experience in the financial industry
- Possess basic PC knowledge of Microsoft software like Word & Excel
- Independent, hard working, proactive, willing to work for repetitive & heavy lifting, willing to learn, have sense of responsibility, with attention in details & productive
- Proficiency in Chinese and English both in oral and writing
