Analyst, Capital Management, Asset & Liability Management Division

分析員，助理資本管理，資產負債管理部

Key Accountabilities

就制訂及優化資本管理框架提供支持；
協助計算各業務部門的經濟資本佔用及製作相關的分析報告；
就制定年度資本預算提供支持；
協助爲資本管理相關的政策、指引、操作流程及守則進行年檢；
協助向業務部門提供與資本管理相關的支持及信息；
協助撰寫與部門相關的中文報告：參與與資本管理相關的項目及計劃：
其他由其上級提出的工作。
Assist in preparing the regular reports of Group capital management including the divisional EC utilization report and the related analysis;
Provide support in developing the Group's capital management framework;
Provide support in the annual capital and funding budgeting process;
Provide support to the setup / annual review of Group capital management related policies, guidelines, procedures and manuals;
Assist in providing necessary support and information to front offices / related back offices in relation to Group capital management;
Assist in the write-up of Chinese reports for capital management related issues;
Participate in ad hoc projects and strategic plans in relation to capital management;
Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by your superiors

財務、經濟、風險管理、商業信息系統等相關金融及商科專業大學本科或以上學歷；
具有一年以上金融行業資本管理等相關工作經驗；
熟悉財資市場產品；
持有特許金融分析師、金融風險管理師等專業資格者優先：
具有較強的組織溝通能力、語言表達能力；
對數字觸角及分析力強；
熟練掌握word、ppt、Excel等辦公軟件；
熟悉英文、廣東話、普通話、擅長中英文寫作。
Degree holder in Economics / Finance / Information System / Statistics or equivalent; with a recognized professional qualification (such as CFA, FRM or equivalent) preferred
At least 1 year working experience / exposure in financial institutions;
Native Chinese writing skills is a must
Strong product knowledge in capital market; Knowledge in capital management and Basel rules is a plus
Proficient in MS Office; Knowledge in VBA an added advantage
A team player, self-starter, mature, detailed oriented and able to work under pressure; excellent figures sense
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
