2024 Hong Kong Apprenticeship Program – Apprentice Opportunity

The Hong Kong Apprenticeship Program is a 12-months program designed to provide a realistic career experience working in the financial services and gain real work experience as part of our innovative and exciting teams across our lines of businesses. Learning & development opportunities will also be provided throughout the program duration – including induction training as well as senior management networking opportunities.

As an apprentice, you will be provided the necessary training and also learn a great deal from your colleagues and teammates over the course of the program. You will also get opportunities to meet senior colleagues and continue building your own professional network. You will develop essential knowledge and skills, and is an outstanding first step towards building a dynamic, long term career with us.

You will gain real work experience and exposure to top professionals across different businesses within the bank. You will optimize services and solutions for our global clients across all lines of business. Job responsibilities

• Support your aligned teams with initiatives and day-to-day work to help the business and our employees thrive 
• Contribute to developing strategies that optimize business operations
• Optimize services and solutions for our global clients while driving our clients' businesses forward with strategic support and end-to-end process management

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• All academic disciplines and majors considered – not necessarily from a business or finance background
• Final year Associate Degree/ High Diploma holder students graduating with a qualification by July 2024
• Graduated Associate Degree/ High Diploma graduates with no more than 2 year full-time work experience 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Available to start work in August 2024
• Highly motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Results-oriented individuals with enthusiasm for developing strategies that optimize business operations.
