2024 J.P. Morgan APAC Women Who Trade - Hong Kong

Join our Women Who Trade event, where you’ll have the opportunity to network with some of our traders in our Markets division. You’ll hear insights on how they built the foundation of their careers, gain a deeper understanding of our trading business, hear tips on the types of skills we’re looking for, all while getting a taste of being a trader through our trading simulation and training sessions. 

Come see how we build diverse and inclusive teams that will make you feel valued and motivated at J.P. Morgan. We welcome all majors for this event. Please note this event will run across 2 days.

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in a number of interactive presentations to gain knowledge and understanding of Trading at J.P. Morgan
• Participate in trading simulations to put theory into practice 
• Improve your skills and knowledge in interactive workshops
• Network with fellow participants and business leaders at J.P. Morgan

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Expected graduation date of September 2025 – July 2026 from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program
  • If you are pursuing a Master’s Degree, it must be completed within 2 years of your Bachelor’s Degree
• Enthusiasm for Financial Services Industry and Trading

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Excellent analytical, quantitative and interpretative skills
• Coursework in finance or economics a plus but not a requirement
• Confidence and initiative to take on responsibility and manage your own projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• 09 & 10 July, 2024

Timing: 4:30 PM – 7:30 PM HKT / SGT

Format: Virtual session

• After your application, if you are eligible for the event, you will receive an invitation to complete a HireVue video by 30th June, 2024 to share more about your career motivations. Shortlisted candidates will be notified by 2nd July 2024 to confirm the seat.
