Digital Project Analyst 數字項目分析師

崗位職責

• Support the establishment of digital blueprint & roadmap across various line of businesses
• Understand different business process and identify digital enabler to improve business efficiency and uplift customer experience
• Manage communication & engagement with business units
• Assist in managing complex projects that involve multiple parties, ensure good project planning, coordination and drive implementation
• Prepare regular status update and progress report
• Work closely with data scientists on business problem framing and insight generation
• (Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Digital Project Analyst.)

任職要求

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 6-8 years’ experience in digital-related project coordination / analyst roles
• Excellent coordination and organization skills
• Good communication and influencing skills
• A proven natural in organizing details and prioritizing tasks with flexibility to handle sudden changes
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong business acumen with good analytical & problem solving skills
• Experience with data and visualization tools like Tableau and other visualization / reporting tool is preferred
• Proven English and Chinese proficiency and fluent Putonghua preferred
