We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead the development of an ecosystem for our Cantonese Large Language Model (LLM) – SenseNova in Hong Kong. This pivotal role requires a professional with a robust understanding of AI technology, a strong network within the local business and technology communities, and a proven track record in business development similar to that of AWS, Google Cloud etc…

1. Ecosystem Development:
- Drive the growth and development of the SenseNova ecosystem within the Hong Kong market, especially focus SME, B2C
- Identify, engage, and integrate key partners, including leading industry associations and influential entities in Hong Kong.
2. Strategic Partnerships:
- Develop strategic partnerships with key associations and organizations to foster adoption and integration of SenseNova’s API.
- Collaborate with partners to leverage platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, HK Government units, HK Forum, OpenRice, Instagram, and Facebook to promote and integrate SenseNova.
3. Developer Engagement:
- Attract and onboard developers capable of utilizing the SenseNova API to build innovative applications.
- Provide support and resources to developers to ensure successful integration and deployment of applications using SenseNova.
4. Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the Cantonese LLM space.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve market penetration and drive user engagement.
5. Stakeholder Management:
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment of objectives and successful execution of joint initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to facilitate communication and collaboration.
6. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of business development initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback to ensure continued growth and success.
