Assistant Accountant - Serviced Apartments 助理會計師 - 服務式公寓
新鴻基地產崗位職責
- Perform accounting and finance operation, including bank reconciliation and updating leasing records
- Handle rental collection, deposit refund and expenses settlement
- Prepare regular financial reports and analysis
- Work closely with external and internal parties on system enhancement and UAT
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
任職要求
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- 4 years’ accounting experience, preferably in property or hotel industry
- Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills with good numerical sense
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Proactive attitude and good interpersonal skills
