Work on a team basis to expand an assigned portfolio of accounts with varying and/or complex financial needs with the objective of revenue growth;
Support Customer Care team on mas affluent clients;
Handle client account opening and client onboarding;
Support Customer Care team in being a point of entry for processing client enquiries and orders, and to ensure that administrative arrangements and processing are completed according to corporate policies and procedures;
Support Customer Care team in carrying out daily transaction processing and complex troubleshooting;
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Key Accountabilities
Bachelor's degree or above in business-related disciplines;
Around 1 to 2 years relevant working experience gained in financial companies;
Possession of an aspiration to be involved in client servicing industry on a long-term basis;
Possession of a strong analytical mindset and a sense of ownership and commitment;
Ability to establish good working relationships with stakeholders;
Excellent command of Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
