Support management in aligning HR strategies with the corporate business objectives and planning
Lead a team and responsible for HR functions including compensation & benefits, compliance, performance management, talent relations, and talent engagement programs

Who is Our Right Fit
Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 7 years’ solid experience in Human Resources Management, preferably from sizeable companies
Independent, flexible, with positive and creative thinking
Strong sense of responsibility and good time management in a fast-paced working environment
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
