The Customer Strategy team focuses on helping clients discover, design, and prototype customer and digital strategies to create and drive change. We bring knowledge and offerings to uncover the behaviors, motivations and preferences of our clients’ customers and develop new experiences for them. Our team of professionals has deep capabilities in strategy, customer experience and digital services.
Customer Strategy | Help clients build capabilities to better understand customer value drivers and make choices about the markets and segments they serve through digital, social, and mobile channels; optimize pricing decisions and shape the most strategic issues on the CMO agenda.
Customer Experience | Help clients improve the quality, nature and power of interactions between the customer and the organization across the lifecycle of sales, marketing and service at each and every touch point.
Digital Advisory | Help clients understand the power of digital, and how digital can enable customer engagements and experiences, from digital strategy, planning, to delivery.
Work you'll do
Work on projects such as Digital Strategy, customer strategy, and customer experience design and research.
Have an appetite to learn and work across a variety of projects and build knowledge in digital domain areas
Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn industry best practices, translate client needs into business and technology solutions, providing consultation on the customer digital journey and digital transformation
Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems
Articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients
Consider end user experience throughout the development cycle to deliver requirements and enhance adoption
Capture user requirements and translate into business and digitally enabled solutions across a range of industries
Lead discovery workshops, user interviews, and facilitate stakeholder meetings
Lead the preparation and performance of primary and secondary market research including customer interviews, focus groups and group interviews to obtain insights.
Lead quantitative customer and market data and analytics inquiries
Analyze financial information when evaluation business opportunities and making recommendations
Monitor project status and progress, prepare and present weekly steering reports, assess risks, manage delays.
Take a leading role in training and coaching team members, identifying and supporting on-sell opportunities, and supporting other business development activities
We are looking for someone with
Minimum 2 years of experience in global consulting firm with a focus on Digital, customer strategy and customer experience design
Creative problem solver and structured thinker, and comfortable with a hypothesis driven approach
Strong business acumen, excellent working attitude, self-motivated, and a team player
Good client management experience, and able to deal with both business users and technical personnel
Ability to analyze a client’s data and need(s) around creating value for customers and their ecosystem, and recognize key points for growth or improvement.
Ability to apply specific and relevant Customer Strategy & Applied Design knowledge to effectively execute against standard plan / approach for client delivery.
Experience with customer experience research and design, marketing research is a plus
Experience with User Experience design (wireframes, functional design) is a plus
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese preferred)
