Senior Customer Service Executive - Serviced Apartments 高級客戶服務主管 - 酒店式公寓

崗位職責

• Plan and execute community initiatives and programs
• Build relationships and engage with customers
• Outreach and approach brands/retails for collaboration
• Prepare and design different form of communication / customer service collaterals
• Assist in marketing / promoting company brand and properties
• Collect customer feedback on service excellence in order to continuously enhance service quality

任職要求

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience, preferably in community role and handling customers in serviced apartments / hotel properties
• Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
• Experience in launching community initiatives and collaboration with brands would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and presentations skills
• Passion to meet and work with people of different levels, and follow-through attitude
• Good experience in customer relationship building and management
• Proven English & Putonghua proficiency with good verbal and written communication skills

(Candidates with less experience will be considered for Customer Service Executive.)
