

崗位職責
Collaborate with the platform team to set and drive organizational vision, strategic planning, and implement new processes as guided by the headquarters.
Monitor and track business operations performance to maximize efficiency, quality, and internal customer satisfaction||Review, streamline, and improve the current processes.
Manage risk of research teams by carrying out activities such as risk assessment, audit plan execution, recommendation implementation, track and control the budget and expenses||Manage research projects and provide regular updates to the management and stakeholders, identifying issues and mitigation suggestions||Oversee compliance internal control within the organization, and ensure compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures
任職要求
業務技能要求:
1.Good at logical thinking, communication, teamwork and project management;
2.Cheerful personality, self-motivated, responsible, and strong in execution.
專業知識要求:
1.Familiar with process and project management;
2.Have good sense of risk awareness and risk control capabilities. Strong understanding of project budget management.
3.Certification in CQE/PSM / SPS / PSPO /PMP/ ACP is a plus;
