Responsible and support on premises repair maintenance, providing office administrative support and assisting manager in ad-hoc projects.
Monitor telecommunications services, arrange payment & handle internal requests and maintain proper user records and reports.
Following up service invoice & payments for general administrative item.
Managing and supervising the overall day to day operations including cleaning, handle all matters related to office cleaning including inspections, regular audit for cleaners’ performance and attendance providing a clean and professional working environment of office bldg.
Who is our Right Fit
Diploma holder or above in relevant discipline with minimum 1 Year relevant working experience.
Solid experience of office administration in the sizable organization is preferable
Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good communication & Coordination skill, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skills
