任職要求
- Bachelor degree in Interior Design or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years' experience in shopping mall renovation, project monitoring and building maintenance
- Experience gained in shopping malls and property management companies in relation to interior design and fit-out work would be an advantage
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Proven English proficiency
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skill
職責描述
- Conduct technical and cost assessment on tenders/quotations/technical proposal from internal and external parties
- Perform budget control for all shopping mall expenses on maintenance and renovation projects
- Comment on routine shop re-layout and provide solutions for technical E&M issues
- Assist in feasibility study of new shopping mall provisions/systems
- Draft regular technical reports/documents
