Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for annual and interim reports, including MD&A, financial statements, disclosure notes, ensure compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules, Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (“HKFRS”) and the Companies Ordinance
- Prepare group consolidation and manage monthly reporting package from other Business Units
- Responsible for the group financial planning process, including forecasting and budgeting, etc.
- Prepare group management report as well as financial analysis for management
- Execute on-going review and identify opportunity for process/workflow improvement
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors on reporting requirements
- Perform ad hoc assignments and projects as required


Requirements:
- Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent with professional qualification of HKICPA/ACCA
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience, including audit and commercial experience
- Highly proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Independent, self-motivated, can-do attitude and proactive
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Well organized and capable of prioritizing work
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Less experience would be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
- Experience in TMT sector will be a definite advantage
