Business Analyst

The successful candidate will report to the Business Analyst Lead of the Information Technology Department at the Group level. With the supports and guidance of the Business Analyst Lead, he/she will manage the requirement life cycle for various projects by collecting project requirements by understanding the business needs and objectives of key stakeholders, analyze workflows and identify optimization opportunities. He/ she will also prepare BRD and requirement specification, create functional specifications, user stories, and process diagrams and prepare test cases and support the UAT. In addition, he/she will support SAP ERP  on changes and enhancements and the solution design /selection process and facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.

• University degree holder or above, preferably in Business, Information System, Computer Science, Operation Management or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience as business analyst role for solution requirements management, solution design / evaluation, system testing, etc.  
• General understandings on different project management methodologies - Waterfall, Agile, etc.
• Prior experience in SAP ERP, digital transformation, data analytics is an advantage
• Professional certification(s) in project management, business analysis, or Six Sigma is an advantage
• Strong business mindset and excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills  
• Good analytical skills, detail-minded, and organized
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
