Analyst, Mergers & Acquisitions, Investment banking

 

Key Accountabilities

 

• Manage and assist in the execution of corporate finance transactions (including M&A, project financing and IPOs)
• Perform financial analysis, business strategy and commercial analysis, and in-depth industry research
• Assist in preparing marketing materials
• Conduct valuation analysis using multiple methodologies, including discounted cash flow, comparable company and precedent transaction analyses
• Assist in completing other corporate advisory tasks

 

Skills & Experience

 

• Majoring in finance, accounting, economics and business management
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Self-driven and independent with commitment to work
• At least 1 year working experience
• Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin skills
• Based in Hong Kong but willing to travel
