工作描述
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support on talent assessment and development programmes, including graduate recruitment, maintain updated talent profiles and compile statistics
- Assist to coordinate career discussions, arrange engagement activities for leadership pipeline members
- Perform other administrative works when required
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline with a minimum of 1 year’s experience; OR
- Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese and English Languages, with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience
- Meticulous team player with positive attitude and the ability to work independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with good sense of judgment and sensitivity
- Hands-on experience in software applications such as Chinese and English word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage

- Fresh graduates with temporary / part-time HR experience will also be considered
