工作描述

崗位職責

  • Perform accounting and finance operation, including bank reconciliation and updating leasing records
  • Handle rental collection, deposit refund and expenses settlement
  • Prepare regular financial reports and analysis
  • Work closely with external and internal parties on system enhancement and UAT
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

任職要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
  • 4 years’ accounting experience, preferably in property or hotel industry
  • Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills with good numerical sense
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proactive attitude and good interpersonal skills
