- Master’s degree in architectural studies
- Holder of HKIA full membership or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experiences in local projects after obtaining HKIA full membership
- Experience in local residential and commercial projects
- Good knowledge in common architectural software programme.
- Proven English proficiency
- Good interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
