工作描述
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide value-added property management services and maintain relations with residents.
- Handle residents' enquiries or complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Manage outsourced contractors' performance and service level including but not limited to cleaning, security, landscape, etc.
- Act as supportive role in office administrative at the management office.
- Conduct surprise inspections in non-office hours and execute preventive security plans; work out daily special inspections, weekly night check and quarterly preventive security plans.
Requirements
- 2 years+ work experience in property management.
- Holder of PMP license.
- Experiences in dealing with owners' committee would be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in PC skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
